ScopeAll products supplied by Pakall Pty Ltd are supplied on these terms and conditions. Orders & PaymentsNo order shall be binding on Pakall Pty Ltd until Pakall Pty Ltd has accepted the order. Pakall Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept any order in whole or in part. No order may be cancelled or varied after acceptance by Pakall Pty Ltd unless agreed by Pakall Pty Ltd in writing. All orders placed online are required to be paid via a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Customers requiring any of our specialised products (not available online) will be required to pay for the goods upon delivery unless credit approval has been granted. Where credit approval has been granted, payment will be required within 30 days of the End of the Month. Payment must be made in full and without deduction unless a formal credit note has been issued by Pakall Pty Ltd. Your tax invoice will arrive with your goods. There is a minimum purchase of $50.00 (exclusive of GST). DeliveryDelivery is free to metro Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide for all orders over $500.00 (exclusive of GST). Metro areas are defined by our nominated freight company. Any orders under $500.00 to a metro area will incur a delivery charge of $50.00 (exclusive of GST). For delivery outside the metro area, Pakall Pty Ltd will notify you of the delivery charge via email. ReturnsPakall Pty Ltd will only accept returns for items that are faulty, not within the product description or not otherwise in accordance with your order. Upon receipt of the goods, Pakall Pty Ltd will inspect the goods and either forward you replacement stock or alternatively issue you with a credit note. Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause, Pakall Pty Ltd will not accept a returned product where the customer has caused the product to become unmerchantable or failed to take steps to prevent the product from becoming unmerchantable or the product has become damaged by abnormal use whilst in the possession of the Customer. Retention of Title ClauseAll goods invoiced and delivered remain the sole property of Pakall Pty Ltd until full payment has been received. Pakall Pty Ltd may at any time without notice retake possession of the goods, until full payment has been received. LiabilityExcept for those required or implied by legislation, Pakall Pty Ltd gives no express warranty in relation to products supplied to the customer, and the customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representation or warranty made by or on behalf of Pakall Pty Ltd. Certain legislation may imply conditions and warranties into these terms and conditions. To the extent that such conditions and warranties may lawfully be excluded, all such conditions and warranties are expressly excluded. The liability of Pakall Pty Ltd under or arising out of the supply of goods for breach of any term, condition or warranty implied in or imposed upon the supply of goods by legislation, shall be limited to:
Except to the extent the law provides that liability is not able to be excluded, Pakall Pty Ltd shall not be under any liability to the customer in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential or indirect loss or damage or loss of profits, loss of use or loss of data) however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the products or the failure of Pakall Pty Ltd to comply with these terms and conditions. ConflictsThese terms and conditions will apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions contained in the customer’s order. In the event of any inconsistency, Pakall Pty Ltd will be deemed, by delivering the products to the customer to have made an offer to the customer to sell the products pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer will be deemed to have been accepted if the customer retains the products. Pakall Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. PricingPakall Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its prices at anytime. GST

Credit card information is collected through ANZ e-gateway and is not stored with or connected to customer information at any time. |
